Exploratory test research on optimal feeding conditions for coal screening
In order to explore the effects of coal feed amount,moisture and particle size composition on the screening effect,multi-factor tests were used to find the optimal level of each factor,and then orthogonal test was used to explore the primary order and optimal level combination of each factor.The results showed that the primary and secondary order of each factor was-3mm particle level ratio＞water＞feed amount.The optimal level combination is 15kg feed volume,2.55％moisture,-3mm particle level accounting for 25％;The screening efficiency is up to 85.28％.
