在烟煤黏结指数测定过程中,搅拌对结果影响的大小因煤种的不同而存在差异.在检测中,保持其他实验条件相同的前提下,对国标GB/T 5447-2014《烟煤黏结指数测定方法》中所规定搅拌方法中搅拌方向和角度根据煤种的不同进一步验证,同时将人员搅拌和仪器自动搅拌进行比对.结果表明,在所有煤种中,在保证搅拌丝和坩埚旋转方向相反的前提下,搅拌方向可根据习惯调整,对结果影响不大.搅拌角度增大或减小时对结果的影响,不同煤种之间差异较大.同时验证结果可用于规范实验操作,查找误差原因.在人员与设备之间的比对,结果相近并均在要求范围内,设备稳定性更好.
Discussion on the influence of stirring factors on the determination results of different coal bond index
In the process of measuring the binding index of bituminous coal,the influence of stirring process on the results varies with different coal types.In the detection,except for the mixing process,other experimental conditions remain the same,the mixing direction and Angle stipulated in the national standard GB/T5477-2014 were further verified according to different coal types.At the same time,the human stirring and automatic stirring instrument are compared.The results show that the mixing direction can be adjusted according to the habit,which has little effect on the results.The increase or decrease of stirring Angle has influence on the result,and the difference is great among different kinds of coal.At the same time,the verification results can be used to standardize the experimental operation,and find the cause of error when the results appear.The comparison result between personnel and equipment is similar,and the stability of equipment is better.
