In this paper,the normal distribution test,descriptive statistical analysis,equal variance test and equivalent test in Minitab software are used to analyze the data deviation problem of mechanical stirring coal sample in the determination of bituminous coal caking index,this kind of problem is solved by adding artificial agitation.
