Research on coal fired catalyst for cement kiln by solid waste tailings and its combustion performance
The use of non-ferrous smelting solid waste containing alkali metal and transition metal this feature,it was used as raw material to prepare coal-burning catalyst. The content of heavy metals in ash after combustion with coal catalyst was tested, the combustion performance and kinetics of pulverized coal combustion were also analyzed. The results show that the coal burning catalyst prepared with solid waste tailings will not affect the content of heavy metals in cement kiln. With the addition of catalyst, the ignition point and burnout point of coal decrease by 4.02 ℃ and 11.84 ℃ respectively, and the maximum combustion rate increases by 0.22%/min,reaching the temperature of maximum combustion rate in advance. The addition of coal burning catalyst will slightly increase the combustion intensity, ignition index and burnout index increase by 8.0%and 7.5%respectively,and the activation energy of pulverized coal combustion reaction decreases by 4.4%.
