Research on the problems and suggestions of green mine construction in the new situation
The construction of green mines in China has achieved significant results.With the continuous improvement of policies and relevant standards,it has gone through stages of concept formation,pilot development,and scale development.As a complex system engineering,the construction of green mines covers the entire lifecycle of mines.During the construction process,there are issues such as insufficient enterprise awareness,a small number of green mines,the need to improve construction technology,and the need to update and refine relevant policies and standards,which have affected the process of green mine construction.Improving the policy system,formulating and increasing punishment,improving standards and strengthening publicity,and innovating green mining technologies are proposed to meet the requirements of coordinated development of economy,society,and ecological environment in the new situation.
