摘要

传统的封尘剂管理和监测方法存在诸多局限性和问题,开发了一种固化封尘剂智能加药在线监测系统,介绍了该系统的设计、搭建、测试及结果.测试结果表明,该系统可以有效地监测固化封尘剂的加药量,并能根据生产需求自动调整药剂投放量,提高煤场物料密度和装载效率,减少煤炭流失,保护周边环境.

Abstract

There are many limitations and problems in the traditional dust sealing agent management and monitoring methods,including manual management methods,manual dust sealing agent monitoring system and automatic dust sealing agent monitoring system,in view of the above problems,a kind of intelligent dosing online monitoring system for coal preparation plant is developed,the design principle and technical implementation of the system include sensor selection,data acquisition and processing,intelligent control algorithm,etc.,which can realize the accurate delivery of chemicals through real-time monitoring and analysis of various chemicals in the coal preparation process.Improve coal preparation efficiency and product quality.The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor the dosing amount and quality of the agent,and can automatically adjust the dosage of the agent according to different production needs,improve the efficiency of coal preparation and product quality,and has high practical value and promotion and application prospects.
