摘要

吕家坨矿选煤厂为了解决粗煤泥分选效果差的问题,采用S-FHMC710型超级煤泥重介质旋流器分选粗煤泥,并通过工业性试验对超级煤泥重介质旋流器进行工艺性能进行检测.试验结果表明:大于0.5 mm粒级可能偏差0.050 kg/L,数量效率99.64%;0.50~0.25 mm粒级可能偏差0.060 kg/L,数量效率98.76%;0.25~0.10 mm粒级可能偏差0.087 kg/L,数量效率96.99%,有效分选下限达到0.10 mm.该超级煤泥重介质旋流器应用效果良好,对于提高精煤质量、产率和选煤厂经济效益具有显著的效果.

Abstract

To improve the separation efficiency of coarse slurry coal,Lvjiatuo Coal Preparation Plant introduce S-FHMC710 cyclone in coal washing process and conduct field performance test.The test shows that:Ep is 0.050 kg/L for+0.5 mm feed with efficiency 99.64%;Ep is 0.060 kg/L for 0.50~0.25 mm feed with efficiency 98.76%;Ep is 0.087 kg/L for 0.25~0.10 mm feed with efficiency 96.99%;separation limit is up to 0.10 mm.The S-FHMC710 cyclone proves notable success on the betterment of product quality,growth of yield and increase of the plant's profits.
