Application of S-FHMC710 Cyclone in Lvjiatuo Coal Preparation Plant
To improve the separation efficiency of coarse slurry coal,Lvjiatuo Coal Preparation Plant introduce S-FHMC710 cyclone in coal washing process and conduct field performance test.The test shows that:Ep is 0.050 kg/L for+0.5 mm feed with efficiency 99.64％;Ep is 0.060 kg/L for 0.50～0.25 mm feed with efficiency 98.76％;Ep is 0.087 kg/L for 0.25～0.10 mm feed with efficiency 96.99％;separation limit is up to 0.10 mm.The S-FHMC710 cyclone proves notable success on the betterment of product quality,growth of yield and increase of the plant's profits.
