为了探索6mm分级效率与筛分时间的关系,利用回归分析方法拟合了小于6mm和大于6 mm粒级动力学模型的参数,进而获得计算筛分效率的公式,并利用标准偏差、相关系数判断模型拟合精度.结果表明:小于6 mm粒级实际与计算正配率的误差较大,最大误差超过10%;大于6 mm粒级实际与计算正配率的误差较小,最大误差小于0.5%;计算筛分效率和实际筛分效率的误差大小主要取决于小于6 mm粒级正配率的误差.
Study on screening kinetics of coal 6 mm classification
To explore the relationship between the 6 mm classification efficiency and time,the parameters of the dynamics models of<6 mm and>6 mm size were fitted by regression analysis method,and then the formula for calculating the sieving efficiency was obtained.The fitting accuracy of the model was judged by standard deviation and correlation coefficient.The results show that the error of actual and calculated normal ratio of<6 mm particle size is large,with the maximum error exceeding 10%.The error of actual and calculated normal ratio of<6 mm particle size is small,and the maximum error is less than 0.5%.The error between the calculated and the actual screening efficiency is mainly determined by the error of the size matching ratio<6 mm.
