Ptimization of cooling technology scheme of coal-to-natural gas methane synthesis unit
The process shutdown and cooling rate of coal-to-natural gas methane synthesis unit in Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Industry is slow,which affects the maintenance progress of the unit,reduces the reliability of the equipment,shortens the catalyst life and increases the energy consumption of the unit.By systematically sorting out the stopping and cooling technology scheme of methane synthesis device,analyzing its defects,and studying and putting forward measures to optimize the cooling technology scheme such as changing the type and direction of cooling heat transfer medium.The results show that the optimized process parking scheme of methane synthesis unit is safer and more efficient.
