To improve the separation performance and elevate the recovery efficiency during coarse slime washing,Lvjiatuo CPP upgraded the coal preparation process by introducing the super Fine coal Heavy Medium Cyclone(FHMC)for separation and 2-stage sieve bends incorporated with slime centrifuge for recovery.The test shows that:the HMC Epm reaches 0.087 kg/L for 0.25～0.10 mm size with 0.10 mm lower limit;The screening efficiency of 2-stage sieve bends is up to 80.55％with 0.6％yield growth.The technical upgrading drives the annual pre-tax profits by 36 million yuan.
