Application practice of SKT jig machine in Changcun Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant
This article introduces the technical characteristics of the original Vidak jigging machine at the Changcun Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant.After more than 20 years of operation,it has been severely aged and worn,with a high failure rate,which seriously shortens the maintenance cycle of the jigging and washing system.Moreover,the equipment has a low degree of automation and lagging foreign technical support,which brings great uncertainty to safety production and product quality control.The coal preparation plant has adopted SKT jigs instead of Vidak jigs for renovation,resulting in a significant reduction in maintenance of the jigging and washing system.The clean coal recovery rate and automation level have been significantly improved,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
