The intelligentization and application of the dense medium separation process in coal preparation plant
In view of the problems of large changes in the quality of coal selected by the Changzhi Coal Preparation Plant,low integration and low degree of intelligence,combined with the intelligent application and development trend of the coal industry,through analyzing the coal preparation process and washing equipment,based on automation,using various data acquisition devices to accurately pick up the underlying data,establish production models,mainly for the reform of dense medium system,concentration system and other links,improve the rationalityand stability of coal preparation plant production,achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,safe production,provide reference for intelligent transformation of coal preparation plant.
