Analysis of automatic dosing of slurry water and design of system fuzzy control strategy
Based on the data of slurry water sedimentation test and the characteristics of slurry water sedimentation,the control strategy and method of adding reagent are analyzed.The feedforward-feedback fuzzy control strategy is adopted to control the dosing amount of automatic dosing system of slurry water.The control method is elaborated and designed in detail,and the control algorithm of automatic dosing system is optimized to make the amount of flocculant more accurate.
