摘要

针对甘肃陇东地区井下煤层薄、块煤及矸石易碎、泥化严重的问题,分析了五举煤矿原煤煤质;为适应井下煤质变化,满足市场需求,井下布置块煤预排矸系统;选煤厂采用"原煤脱粉洗选+超级无压三产品旋流器分选+粗煤泥螺旋分选机分选+细煤泥超高压压滤机压滤"的联合工艺,并同步设计建设煤泥掺配系统,实现了资源价值最大化.

Abstract

In view of the problems of thin coal seam,block coal and gangue in Longdong area of Gansu province,this paper analyzes the raw coal quality of Wuju coal mine,in order to adapt to the change of underground coal quality and meet the market demand,the coal preparation plant adopts the combined process of"Raw coal depulverization washing+super non-pressure three-product cyclone separation+coarse slime spiral separator separation+ultrahigh pressure filter press filter press filter",meanwhile,the coal slurry blending system is designed and constructed synchronously to realize the maximization of resource value.
