In order to solve the problem of poor treatment effect of slime water and low recovery rate of fine grade cleaned coal in Mengxin coal preparation plant,the analysis of the original production system of the plant found that the raw coal in the plant had a large difference in coal quality and lacked coarse slime treatment technology,and the control effect of flotation feed particle size was poor,it causes the problem of poor flotation effect.And there is uneven phenomenon in the floating material.Therefore,it is decided to improve the coarsing process before flotation separation in the original factory,and add two pre-treatment links before flotation separation:High frequency fold screen and pulp preprocessor;In view of the large change in the properties of the feed-in coal slurry caused by the unfixed coal quality of raw coal,the flotation equipment is replaced and the mechanical agitation flotation machine which is more adaptable to raw coal is selected.To achieve the purpose of improving the flotation effect,improving the quality of clean coal and the recovery rate of clean coal.
