To effectively solve the problems of short service life,severe wear and tear,and difficult maintenance of the gangue discharge chute in Tashan Coal Preparation Plant,By analyzing the systematic stress of the gangue discharge chute and using the momentum theorem to quantitatively confirm the cause of chute wear.Determine the design chute angle and size.Rework the chute.The quantitative analysis of the chute shows that after reprocessing,the usage cycle increases and the labor intensity of employees decreases.
