Effect of iron-based catalyst on mild liquefaction of low rank coal in methane atmosphere
Aiming at the high temperature and high pressure reaction conditions and high hydrogen cost of direct coal liquefaction, the process was optimized by reducing the temperature and pressure of coal liquefaction reaction and improving the hydrogen supply atmosphere.Four kinds of iron-based catalysts were used to study the reaction characteristics of mild liquefaction of low-rank coal under methane atmosphere. The results show that the liquefaction products of Shenhua Heishan long flame coal HS are light gas, liquefied oil and asphaltene under methane atmosphere of 350 ℃ and initial pressure of 3 MPa.When FeSO4 is used as catalyst, the yield of asphaltene reaches the highest 8.03%,and the conversion rate of coal liquefaction increases by 6.10%.When FeS was used as catalyst, the oil and gas yield increased by 3.48%.The addition of sulfur element plays an important role in the improvement of the total conversion of coal liquefaction reaction. The addition of Fe powder,Fe+S and FeS catalysts is helpful to increase the content of single cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in coal liquefaction oil.
