In the actual coal blending process of Pansan Coal Preparation Plant,a reasonable and accurate model can be established by using the quantitative data of the existing process standards,and an overall analysis is carried out through an example.This model can consider that under the premise of meeting the requirement of product calorific value,the ratio of final coal washing can have different value schemes.Through the establishment and analysis of the model,it can provide theoretical support for decision-makers,so that they can organize production reasonably and achieve the best blending effect of products with the smallest washing proportion.At the same time,it also provides the quantity standard as a reference for the organizer to correct the problems existing in the key links in time.
