超高矿化度矿井疏干水深度处理改造工程实践

介绍了宁夏宁东地区某煤矿典型超高矿化度矿井疏干水深度处理系统的现状及改造工程设计.深度处理改造工艺流程采用超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)工艺,针对原有深度处理系统设计和运行中存在的问题,在改造工程设计中提出了相对应的解决方案.改造工程实施后的运行效果表明:超滤+反渗透系统运行稳定可靠,效果良好,产水水质满足回用水水质标准,深度处理改造工程产水量9 600 m3/d,建成后实现年减排近350万t/a.
Practice of deep treatment of dewatering water in ultra-high salinity mine
It introduces the current situation and renovation design of the deep treatment system of dewatering water in a typical ultra-high salinity mine in Ningdong region of Ningxia.Ultrafiltration(UF)+reverse osmosis(RO)technology is used in the advanced treatment process.In view of the problems existing in the design and operation of the original advanced treatment system,a corresponding solution is proposed in the transformation engineering design.The operation results after the implementation of the renovation project show that the ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis system is stable and reliable,and the water quality meets the water quality standard of reuse water.The water output of the in-depth treatment and renovation project is 9 600 m3/d,and the annual emission reduction is nearly 3.5 million t/a after completion.
