An investigation into the challenges and strategies for sludge dewatering in the open-pit mine water treatment process
This article takes the sludge dewatering problem in a certain open-pit coal mine water car as an example.Through the analysis of the relationship between the turbidity of the supernatant and settling time under different PAC and PAM dosage through coagulation and sedimentation orthogonal dosing experiments, and the analysis of the sludge specific resistance formula, the sludge concentration is increased from 3%to 5%and 10%,respectively,and the sludge specific resistance is reduced by 43.2%and 75.7%.A regression equation for sludge conditioning and dosing is established through dosing experiments to guide dosing Establishing an equation for the relationship between filtration time and solid content in the filtration formula studied by previous researchers can explore the prediction of mud cake moisture content through a single time variable. This provides a way to guide design and on-site work, and provides some reference for other similar projects.
