摘要

针对红柳林煤矿2PLF80/300 单驱顺槽破碎机在检修时存在破碎机移出和复位耗费时间长、需要大量人力成本、存在一定的安全隐患等问题,结合现场实际情况,通过分析问题,提出对该破碎机的优化升级改造方案.生产实践表明:优化升级后的破碎机实现了"一键行走",破碎机运行平稳可靠,整机性能达到最优状态,经济效益得到了显著提高.

Abstract

The 2PLF80/300 single-drive chute crusher in Hongliulin coal mine takes a long time to remove and reset the crusher during maintenance,requires a lot of manpower costs,and also poses certain safety hazards during the overhaul.In order to solve this problem,a specific and feasible optimisation and upgrading plan was proposed,which finally realised the"one-button walking"of the crusher.The optimised and upgraded crusher operates smoothly and reliably,and the performance of the whole machine reaches the optimum state,and the economic benefits have been significantly improved.
