The washing process of Daliu coal preparation plant in Huating Coal industry was introduced,and the problems such as serious slime of raw coal,unstable feeding of medium pump,disordered flow of shallow tank separator and inaccurate adjustment of medium diverter were analyzed.In order to improve the sorting efficiency of the lump coal sorting system,the coal preparation plant has carried out a series of optimization and transformation in the aspects of equipment and technology.After the transformation,the sorting efficiency of the lump coal sorting system has been greatly improved,and the stability and efficiency of the lump coal sorting system have been ensured.
