Research on application of coal picking robot in Hanju Coal Industry
To solve the problem of some lump coal being unable to be recycled in Hanju Coal Industry,an intelligent robot coal picking system was developed and applied using intelligent AI visual recognition and industrial robot technology.This article discussed the technical difficulties and solutions encountered by the coal picking robot system in Hanju Coal Industry.The results show that the application of coal picking robots can effectively solve problems such as excessive coal sludge on the surface of gangue,water reflection,and large flow rate.It realizes automatic fabric distribution,intelligent judgment,dynamic picking,automatic weighing,and unmanned operation.It can sort and recover the lump coal in the gangue,replace manual operation with robots,greatly reducing safety hazards of manual operation,and has good economic and social benefits.
