Application of flotation intelligent dosing system in Quanshunda Coal Preparation Plant
This paper describes the application of flotation intelligent dosing system in Quanshunda coal preparation plant,through AI online pulp ash separator,Doppler pulp concentration meter,pharmaceutical automatic emulsifier and other key instruments and instruments for precision detection,reasonable optimization of the process and combined with each control object to establish Fuzzy+ PID control system,to achieve closed-loop precise and intelligent control of flotation dosing.It can save the amount of flotation agents,and replace the traditional manual dosing method,which can save manpower and material resources and achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
