Taking the coal resources in Hebei plain area as the research object,the characteristics of coal rock and coal quality were analyzed and studied.Comprehensively considering the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources and the optimal allocation of resources,referring to the norms and the evaluation index system established by predecessors,based on the analysis of the test data of each exploration area in the plain area,the direct liquefaction coal and coking coal in the special coal used in the plain area of Hebei Province were mainly distributed in the north of the plain area.The total amount of special coal resources is 1.05 billion tons.
