矿井构造复杂区水害探查治理技术研究与应用

针对辛安井田部分区域内2#煤开采煤层下伏的薄层灰岩含水层和奥灰含水层存有高承压水及隐伏陷落柱、断层和裂隙等导水构造的威胁,为保证矿井生产安全,对区域实施专项防治水技术研究.地面区域治理工程,共施工2 个主孔、16 个分支水平孔、2 个次级分支孔,完成钻探进尺11 778.31 m,累计注水泥 14 820.45 t,粉煤灰 29.15 t.井下钻探工程,共施工野青钻孔1 个、山伏青钻孔6 个,区域治理效果检验孔 16 个,完成进尺 2 994.5 m,累计注水泥82.9 t.经对物探异常范围二次探查,3#、7#异常区均已消除,经过井下钻探验证,钻孔水温、水压与区域内其他钻孔一致,异常排除.通过本次项目实施,新增原煤产量 12 万t,产生经济效益约9 240 万元,且保证了矿井的正常生产衔接.
Research and application of water hazard exploration and control technology in complex mine structure area
In view of the threat of high-pressure water and hidden collapse pillars,faults and fractures in the thin layer of gray rock aquifer and the Ordovician aquifer under the coal seam in part of the mine field,special water control technology research is carried out to ensure the production safety of the mine.The ground area treatment project included the construction of 2 main holes,16 branch horizontal holes,and 2 secondary branch holes,with a total drilling advance of 11,778.31 m,cumulative cement injection of 14,820.45 t,and fly ash injection of 29.15 t.The underground drilling project included 1 wild green hole,6 mountain-folding green holes,and 16 regional treatment effect test holes,with a total advance of 2,994.5 m and cumulative cement injection of 82.9 t.After second search of the geophysical anomaly range,the 3#and 7#anomaly areas have been eliminated.After underground drilling verification,the water temperature and pressure of the drill holes are consistent with those of other drill holes in the area,and the anomaly is excluded.Through the implementation of this project,1.2 million tons of new coal production were added,and the economic benefits were about 92.4 million yuan,ensuring the normal production of the mine.
