摘要
连续浮选试验平台是模拟选煤厂浮选生产状态的实验室用浮选试验平台,与实验室中传统的小浮选机相比,可以更直观地模拟多种不同浮选工艺流程,这是小浮选机所不具备的.通过对潘一选煤厂煤样的浮选试验结果表明,连续浮选试验平台为浮选工艺的设计提供了有力的试验数据支持,有效增加了实验室浮选工艺研究的试验手段.
Abstract
The continuous flotation test platform is a laboratory flotation test platform used to simulate the flotation production status of coal preparation plants.Compared with traditional small flotation machines in the laboratory,it can more intuitively simulate various flotation process flows,which small flotation machines do not have.The flotation test results of coal samples from Panyi Coal Preparation Plant show that the continuous flotation test platform provides strong experimental data support for the design of flotation process,effectively increasing the experimental means for laboratory flotation process research.
