摘要
针对火铺矿选煤厂无压三产品重介质旋流器运行过程中中煤含精煤量偏高及矸石含煤问题,对一段旋流器进行锥角优化、二段旋流器进行锥比调整.改造后实现精煤灰分稳定的同时,解决了中煤带精煤问题,矸石带煤率也稳定降低在1％以内,经济效益显著提高.
Abstract
In view of the problems of cleaned coal loss in medium coal and gangue in the operation process of the heavy medium cyclone in the coal preparation plant,the heavy hydrocyclone in the coal preparation plant is replaced and reformed.By optimizing the cone Angle of the first stage cyclone and adjusting the cone ratio of the second stage cyclone,the cleaned coal ash can be stable,and the problem of cleaned coal lost in medium coal has been solved,and the middling lost in gangue can be reduced to less than 1％steadily,and the on-site economic benefits are greatly improved.
