翟镇选煤厂二次浮选工艺改造实践

摘要
翟镇选煤厂为解决细粒煤泥可浮性差、浮选精煤灰分高、精煤产品均质性差的问题,采用"浮选机+浮选机"、"高压穿流压榨压滤机+沉降过滤离心脱水机+煤泥混破机"联合分选回收工艺,创新使用沉降过滤式离心机用于二次浮选精矿脱水技术,对原浮选系统进行改造.改造完成后,各项指标达到预期要求,浮选精煤水分降低10%,浮选精煤回收率提高5.38%,取得了明显的经济效益.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of poorflotability of fine coal slime,high ash content of flotation refined coal and poor homogenity of refined coal products,the combined separation and recovery process of"flotation machine+flotation machine","high pressure filter press+sedimentation filter centrifugal dewatering machine+sludge mixing and breaking machine"is adopted in Zhaizhen coal preparation Plant,and sedimentation filter centrifuge is innovatively used for dewatering of secondary flotation concentrate.The original flotation system is reformed.After the completion of the transformation,the indexes meet the expected requirements,the water content of flotation refined coal is reduced by 10%,the recovery rate of flotation refined coal is increased by 5.38%,and obvious economic benefits are obtained.
