Reform practice of secondary flotation process in Zhaizhen Coal Preparation Plant
In order to solve the problems of poorflotability of fine coal slime,high ash content of flotation refined coal and poor homogenity of refined coal products,the combined separation and recovery process of"flotation machine+flotation machine","high pressure filter press+sedimentation filter centrifugal dewatering machine+sludge mixing and breaking machine"is adopted in Zhaizhen coal preparation Plant,and sedimentation filter centrifuge is innovatively used for dewatering of secondary flotation concentrate.The original flotation system is reformed.After the completion of the transformation,the indexes meet the expected requirements,the water content of flotation refined coal is reduced by 10％,the recovery rate of flotation refined coal is increased by 5.38％,and obvious economic benefits are obtained.
