大屯选煤厂粗煤泥提质增效改造方案研究

通过对大屯选煤厂粗煤泥分选与回收系统进行定量检测与系统诊断,发现该厂粗煤泥回收系统中捞坑分级效果较差,并未起到应有的脱泥降灰作用,煤泥分级旋流器的浓缩效果显著降低了叠筛的脱泥效果,同时叠筛筛下和离心机离心液中"跑粗"现象较为严重,导致最终粗精煤泥产品灰分超标,使重介精煤为之"背灰".为此有针对性地提出了"修缮捞坑+取消煤泥分级旋流器+捞坑底流进入叠筛"的工艺改造方案.经计算,该方案可降低粗精煤泥灰分,提高粗精煤和重介精煤产率,获得较好的经济效益.
Research on reformation scheme improving quality and efficiency for coarse slime of Datun Coal Preparation Plant
In order to further optimize the structure of clean coal products,reduce the phenomenon of heavy medium clean coal"back ash",improve the comprehensive clean coal recovery rate,and reduce the production of low value tail coal slime,quantitative testing and system diagnosis were conducted on the coarse coal slime separation and recovery system of Datun Coal Preparation Plant.It was found that the grading effect of the pit in the coarse coal slime recovery system was poor and did not play the expected role of desliming and ash reduction.The concentration effect of the slime classification cyclone significantly reduced the desliming effect of the stacked screen.At the same time,the phenomenon of the loss of coarse coal in the centrifugal liquid under the stack screen and centrifuge is more serious,resulting in the ash content of the final coarse and clean coal product exceeding the standard.A targeted process transformation plan has been proposed for this purpose,which includes repairing the pit,canceling the slime classification cyclone,and allowing the bottom flow of the salvage pit to enter the stack screen.The calculation shows that the scheme can reduce the ash content of coarse coal slime,increase the yield of heavy medium clean coal,and obtain better economic benefits.
