摘要
针对瑞盛选煤厂生产过程中出现的粗煤泥分选效果差、粗煤泥泵电机超负荷及煤泥离心机产品水分高等问题,通过综合分析,找出问题出现的原因,并实施了调整浓缩旋流器底流循环水加入量、减少煤泥量、更换底流口等改进措施,实现了选煤厂正常运转.
Abstract
Some problems appeared in the production of Ruisheng Coal preparation plant.Such as,the poor sorting effect of coarse slime,the overload of coarse slime pump motor and the high moisture of coal slime centrifuge products.Aiming at these problems,the cause of the problem was found out through comprehensive analysis.And corresponding improvement measures were taken to realize the normal operation of the coal preparation plant.
