Exploration and practice of precisely screening and slime reduction in Dahaize Coal Preparation Plant
Although the coal slurry content of Dahaize Coal Preparation Plant is not high,the production capacity of the plant is relatively large(with an annual processing capacity of 15 million tons of raw coal),and the coal slurry production is huge.The coal preparation plant has taken measures such as renovating the raw coal classification sieve plate,adjusting the desliming screen,hydro cyclone group,and reforming the throughflow filter press system,The screening effect has been significantly improved,and the coal slurry yield has decreased by over 50％,significantly reducing the coal slurry production and moisture content,improving product quality,and achieving significant economic benefits.
