Optimization and transformation of the coal heavy agglomecation system of Guhanshan Mining Coal Preparation Plant
It describes the problems of insufficient production capacity,high medium consumption,lack of coarse slime separation and high water content of refined coal flotation in coal preparation plant of Guhanshan Mine.Through the analysis and research of coal preparation technology,combined with coal quality test,production technology inspection and actual production site,the optimization and reform scheme of desliming into washing,increasing coarse coal slime separation process,optimizing the configuration of key equipment such as vibrating arc screen,magnetic separator and air filter press are put forward and implemented.Field practice shows that the optimized process system is flexible,reliable,stable,and has strong adaptability to raw coal and market.It has achieved multiple effects such as improving washing efficiency,improving the yield of fine particles,improving the yield of washed coal,reducing the yield of slime and gangue,reducing the consumption,increasing the comprehensive selling price of products,reducing the processing cost of coal washing and increasing economic benefits.Keywords:coal preparation plant;coal heavy medium;desliming;coarse slime sorting;flotation;product structure optimization
