Application practice of cross sieve in Wenjiapo Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant
This paper summarizes the necessity of raw coal powder removal and washing in thermal coal preparation plant,introduces the basic structure and working principle of cross sieve,and analyzes the advantages of cross sieve.The application practice in Wenjiapo Coal Preparation Plant shows that the application of this cross sieve not only reduces the pressure of production system and the cost of production and operation,but also achieves the purpose of slime reduction,improves the economic benefits of enterprises,and also alleviates the pressure of environmental protection,which provides a reference for the system optimization and equipment selection of the same type of thermal coal preparation plant.
