摘要
大柳选煤厂生产过程中介耗偏高,通过现场调查,分析出在生产、设备等方面存在的问题,后续对磁选机、固定筛、脱介筛等设备进行优化改造,并加强生产过程管控和技术管理,有效降低了介质损耗,降低了洗选成本,提高了经济效益.
Abstract
The intermediate consumption in the production process of Daliu Coal Preparation Plant is relatively high.Through on-site investigation,problems in production and equipment were analyzed.Subsequently,equipment such as magnetic separators,fixed screens,and media removal screens were optimized and reformed,and production process control and technical management were strengthened.This effectively reduced the medium loss,reduced the washing cost,and improved economic benefits.
