德士古水煤浆气化工艺烧嘴外氧喷头端盖失效原因分析

摘要
工艺烧嘴是德士古水煤浆气化装置的关键部件,其运行周期直接决定了气化炉的长周期安全稳定运行.从宏观检查、微观金相分析、硬度检测、能谱分析等多角度对气化炉烧嘴外氧喷头端盖因Cl、S腐蚀导致失效的原因进行了分析,研究出材料组成元素及优化夹套结构设计等针对性措施,以延长工艺烧嘴使用寿命.
Abstract
Feed injector is the key equipment of Texaco coal water slurry gasification process,and its operation status directly determines the operation cycle,safety and stability of a gasifier.Based on macroscopic inspection,microscopic metallographic analysis,hardness detection and energy spectrum analysis,the failure mechanism of a feed injector outer tip cap is analyzed,which caused by Cl and S corrosion.The service life of the feed injector is prolonged by studying the material composition elements and optimizing the design of jacket cooling structure.
