Discussion on the control of weak reducing at mosphere in ash meltability tester
The ash meltability tester is a commonly used experimental equipment in coal detection,and its experimental atmosphere is the main influencing factor affecting the accuracy of the measurement of coal ash melting temperature.In order to obtain more accurate experimental results,this paper discusses the factors that control the weak reducing atmosphere,such as the amount,type and ratio of carbon substances,and summarizes the rules according to the comparative experimental results of different factors,aiming to determine the best scheme of carbon substances for the control of weak reducing atmosphere in the SDAF4000 ash meltability tester.
