神华煤3mm存查煤样稳定性研究

研究了神华煤3 mm存查煤样随存储时间的延长,各主要检测项目特性值的变化情况.通过选择有代表性的6个神华煤品种,邀请11家实验室参与协同试验,试验项目包括水分、灰分、挥发分、全硫、发热量、氢6项,持续71d.汇总并分析实验数据,结果显示,参与试验6个品种煤的发热量明显不稳定,随时间延长具有显著降低趋势,且线性相关性较好,并创新性地给出了发热量降低的估计公式.灰分、挥发分、全硫、氢的特性值较为稳定,随时间变化较小.本次研究为科学合理处理煤炭贸易中的复检质量偏差问题提供了数据支持.
Research on the stability for 3 mm retention coal samples of Shenhua
This study investigated the changes in characteristic values of various main detection items of Shenhua coal 3mm stored coal samples with prolonged storage time.By selecting 6 representative Shenhua coal varieties and inviting 11 laboratories to participate in collaborative experiments,the experimental items include moisture,ash content,volatile matter,total sulfur,calorific value,and hydrogen,lasting for 71 days.Summarizing and analyzing experimental data,the results showed that the calorific value of the six varieties participating in the experiment was significantly unstable,with a significant decreasing trend over time,and a good linear correlation.An innovative estimation formula for the decrease in calorific value was provided.The characteristic values of ash,volatile matter,total sulfur,and hydrogen are relatively stable and have little variation over time.The conclusion of this study provides data support for the reasonable handling of quality deviation issues in re inspection in coal trade.
