Study on gas distribution law and treatment technology under Y-type ventilation
Under the mining conditions of the protective layer,the adjacent coal seam rushes into the protective layer due to the influence of cracks and pressure relief,resulting in gas overflow and safety accidents.In order to study the gas treatment technology of goaf and return air corner after the coal mine frame is installed,the Y-type ventilation mode along the goaf is adopted,combined with numerical model simulation,to reveal the gas concentration distribution law,determine the area prone to gas accumulation during the extraction process,and put forward the buried pipe gas extraction technology of goaf under Y-type ventilation,and optimize the technical parameters.The field test results show that the gas concentration in the goaf and return air corner after the frame is reduced by 73%and 64.6%respectively.The gas concentration remained stable within the safe value range,the average total air supply of the main and auxiliary air inlet lanes decreased by 182m3/min,and the extraction results were significant,effectively improving the mining rate and reducing enterprise costs.
