摘要

丁家渠煤矿选煤厂是一座大型动力煤选煤厂,原有工艺系统设计较为合理,但灵活性不足.随着煤质的改变,市场需求不同,不同品质产品的价格浮动较大,现有系统达不到洗选效益最大化.在现有工艺系统的基础上,经过工艺优化,使得丁家渠煤矿选煤厂工艺灵活,可根据煤质和市场需求,随时调整工艺流程,实现了洗选效益最大化.

Abstract

The Dingjiaqu Coal Preparation Plant is a large-scale thermal coal preparation plant with a reasonably designed original process system,but it lacks flexibility.As the coal quality changes and market demands vary,the prices of different quality products fluctuate significantly,and the existing system cannot maximize the benefits of coal washing.Based on the existing process system,some process optimization practices have been implemented to make the Dingjiaqu Coal Preparation Plant's process flexible.It can adjust the process flow at any time according to coal quality and market demand,maximizing the benefits of coal washing.
