摘要
为了解决潘一选煤厂尾煤泥灰分偏低的问题,对现有煤泥水系统进行采样化验分析.试验结果表明,通过对潘一选煤厂现有的浮选工艺系统进行升级改造,可以达到提高精煤产率和尾煤泥灰分的目的,并设计出了适合现场的浮选工艺流程.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low ash content in the tail coal slurry of Panyi Coal Preparation Plant,the existing coal slurry water system was sampled and analyzed.The experimental results show that by upgrading and renovating the existing flotation process system of Panyi Coal Preparation Plant,the goal of improving clean coal yield and tail coal slurry ash content can be achieved,and a suitable flotation process flow for the site can be designed.
