大屯选煤厂煤泥浮选系统优化研究

摘要
介绍了大屯选煤厂细煤泥回收系统的技术诊断情况,分析了现行工艺存在的浮选精煤灰分超标、浮选尾煤灰分偏低和工艺流程复杂等问题.分析了正常生产和提高一次浮选尾煤灰分条件下浮选工艺运行效果,并结合煤泥粒度、密度、可浮性的研究,提出"一次浮选精煤全部进行二次浮选"的细煤泥回收系统改造思路,并设计了"浮选机+浮选柱"的二次浮选工艺改造方案,可以在确保最终浮选精煤灰分合格的同时提高精煤回收率.
Abstract
The diagnosis and inspection results of fine coal slime recovery system in Datun Coal Power Group Co.,Ltd.Coal Preparation Plant are introduced.The problems existing in the current process,such as excessive ash content of flotation clean coal,low ash content of flotation tailings and complex flowsheet are analyzed.An analysis was conducted on the operational effectiveness of the flotation process under normal production and increased ash content of the first flotation tail coal.Based on research on the particle size,density,and floatability of coal slime,a new idea for the fine coal slime recovery system transformation was proposed,which involves"all the first flotation clean coal undergo secondary flotation".A secondary flotation process transformation plan of"flotation machine+flotation column"was designed,which can ensure that the final flotation clean coal ash content is qualified while improving the clean coal recovery rate.
