摘要
概述了门克庆选煤厂重介浅槽分选密度控制系统存在的问题,介绍了重介浅槽分选密度控制系统研究方案、设计思路及其功能设计.应用实践表明,门克庆选煤厂重介浅槽分选密度控制系统实现了分选密度自稳定和桶液位自调节,保证了分选效果,降低了工人调节频度,提高了选煤厂的智能化建设水平.
Abstract
The problems in the density control system for heavy medium and shallow slot separation in Menkeqing coal preparation plant were summarized.The research scheme,design idea and function design of the system were introduced.The application practice shows that the separation density control system of heavy medium shallow tank in Menkeqing coal preparation plant can realize the self-stabilization of separation density and self-regulation of bucket liquid level,ensure the separation effect,reduce the adjustment frequency of workers,and improve the intelligent construction level of coal preparation plant.
