摘要

红沙梁露天矿在生产过程中产出大量高灰分、高水分、高硫、低发热量的低阶工程煤,平均低位发热量仅8.37-10.88 MJ/kg,堆存影响环境,销售价格低、效益差.该矿采用ZM300型矿物高效分离机对工程煤进行分选,介绍了 ZM300型矿物高效分选设备的工作原理和分选优势.应用实践表明,ZM300型矿物高效分选设备有效解决了低阶工程煤销售难、售价低等问题.

Abstract

The Hongshalang open-pit mine produces a large amount of low-rank engineering coal with high ash content,high moisture content,high sulfur content,and low calorific value during production.The average lower calorific value is only 8.37~10.88 MJ/kg.Storage impacts the environment,and the low sales price results in poor profitability.The ZM300 high-efficiency mineral separator was used to process the engineering coal.This introduces the working principle and advantages of the ZM300 high-efficiency mineral separation equipment.Practical application shows that the ZM300 high-efficiency mineral separation equipment effectively solves the problems of difficult sales and low selling prices of low-rank engineering coal.
