高压压滤机在谢桥选煤厂的应用与研究

摘要
为实现煤泥高效清洁利用的生产目标,谢桥选煤厂进行设备升级改造,采用新型高压压滤机处理煤泥.通过对高压压滤机入料时间、压榨时间、压榨压力进行探究试验,得出入料时间4 000 s、压榨时间1 600 s、压榨压力2.9 MPa条件下,煤泥滤饼水分为17.9％,滤饼厚度为2.90 cm,较符合实际生产需要.高压压滤机的使用产生效益约2 240万元/a,选煤厂经济效益显著提升.
Abstract
In order to achieve the production goal of efficient and clean utilization of coal slime,Xaiqiao Coal Preparation Plant has upgraded its equipment and adopted a new type of high-pressure filter press to treat coal slime.Through the investigation test of the feeding time,pressing time and pressing pressure of the high-pressure filter press,it can be seen that under the conditions of feeding time 4000s,pressing time 1600s and pressing pressure 2.9 MPa,the water content of the coal slime filter cake is 17.9％and the thickness of the filter cake is 2.90 cm,which meets the actual production needs.The use of high-pressure filter press can produce benefits of about 22.4 million yuan,and the economic benefits are significantly improved.
