摘要

针对兖矿能源股份有限公司杨村煤矿原煤含硫量较高的现状,根据其物理化学性质对其进行高压电选脱硫试验研究,并对可能影响分选效果的电压、圆筒转速、板极间距等因素进行了试验.结果表明:在电机电压为31 kV、转速为80 r/min、板极间距为35 mm时分选效果较好.经过综合试验可以得到产率35.14%、灰分7.73%、硫分2.24%的精煤.

Abstract

This article focuses on the current situation of high sulfur content in the raw coal of Yangcun Coal Mine of Yankuang Energy Co.,Ltd.Based on its physical and chemical properties,a high-voltage electric desulfurization test is conducted on it.And experiments were conducted on factors such as voltage,cylinder speed,and plate pole spacing that may affect the sorting effect.The results showed that the sorting effect was better when the motor voltage was 31 kV,the speed was 80 r/min,and the plate pole spacing was 35 mm.After comprehensive testing,a clean coal with a yield of 35.14%,ash content of 7.73%,and sulfur content of 2.24%can be obtained.
