胶带撕边检测装置研制及工业应用

摘要
针对运输煤炭产生胶带撕裂时,无法对胶带进行检测、评估、故障预测以及缺乏统一信息平台等问题,设计开发了一种胶带撕边检测装置.应用实践表明,安装胶带撕边检测装置后由胶带撕裂导致的经济损失持续下降,可以及时检测、发现及维修,装置检测效率提高近60％,可以有效扩展检测装置的应用范围.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of tape tearing in coal transportation,such as the inability to detect,evaluate,predict failure and lack of unified information platform,a tape tearing detection device was designed and developed.The application practice shows that the economic loss caused by the tape tearing after the installation of the tape tearing detection device continues to decrease,and the detection,discovery and maintenance can be timely detected,the detection efficiency of the device is increased by nearly 60％,and the application range of the detection device can be effectively expanded.
