Differences between Huaibei 1/3 coking coal and similar coking coal from different regions
Four typical 1/3 coking coal from Huaibei and four 1/3 coking coal from different regions as the research objects have been compared and analyzed to identify the differences in functional group structure, chemical properties, and process properties. The results showed that the volatile and sulfur content of the four Huaibei 1/3 coking coal samples were relatively low, while the ash content was relatively high. Moreover, thelower MCI of the ash components indicates a low alkali metal content in Huaibei coal sample.Among them, the relatively higher activity to inertness ratio,b and Y,and thier lower softening temperature with a wide soft solid range temperature, higher maximum fluidity of Xutuan,Yangliu, and Suntuan 1/3 coking coal samples all indicates that the above three coal samples have good colloid flowability and thermal stability, and can be used as substitutes for some high-quality fertilizer coal.Compared with 1/3 coking coal in Indonesia, the overall aromatic condensation degree of 7 types of 1/3 coking coal in China is higher, implying the increased degree of metamorphism, and the SiO2 content in the coal is also higher.Furthermore, the Yangliu and Suntuan 1/3 coking coal show higher hydroxyl content, while Luling and Xutuan 1/3 coking coal show relatively higher SiO2 content than others.
