Exploration and practice of high quality development of green low-carbon circular economy in Fushun Mining Area
This paper expounds that with the increase of mining life,coal resources in Fushun mining area gradually decrease,especially after the national"city protection limit mining",a large number of coal under the city can not be mined,the coal reserves are sharply reduced,the difficulties are more serious,the situation is more severe,once fell into a very difficult dilemma.After years of repeated exploration and practice,a scientific,circular and value-added circular economy model has gradually formed around the comprehensive development and utilization of coal and oil shale,and has been growing.It is of great significance for the century-old mining area of Fushun to develop circular economy.Its development history and experience show that circular economy is an inevitable choice for coal enterprises to achieve high-quality sustainable development.
