摘要
系统梳理了污水处理企业在安全管理方面存在的问题,主要包括安全生产管理体系落实不到位、从业人员专业技术水平较低、现场设备管理制度不完善和企业安全生产标准化及规程建设不到位等,针对这些问题提出了对策建议,包括加强安全管理体系落实、提升安全管理水平,强化从业人员教育培训、提高从业人员能力,完善现场设备管理制度、规范设备管理流程,加强安全生产标准化建设、规范安全生产流程.
Abstract
In order to further improve the safety management level of sewage treatment enterprises in China and reduce the occurrence of sewage treatment safety accidents,this article systematically summarizes the problems in safety management of sewage treatment enterprises,mainly including inadequate implementation of safety production management system,low professional and technical level of employees,incomplete on-site equipment management system,and inadequate standardization and regulation construction of enterprise safety production.Countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to address these issues,including strengthening the implementation of the safety management system,improving the level of safety management,strengthening education and training for employees,improving their abilities,improving the on-site equipment management system,standardizing the equipment management process,strengthening the standardization construction of safety production,and standardizing the safety production process.The research results are of great significance for standardizing the safety management of sewage treatment enterprises,and also provide reference and basis for the standardization construction of safety production in the sewage treatment industry.
